Since its inception in 1944, Carey Bros has earned a reputation for high quality products sold in a clean environment with friendly staff who focus on service to our customers. Carey Bros management currently has three generations of experience in the meat industry in Australia working in livestock purchasing, abattoir processing, retail butchering and marketing.

All livestock purchased for our retail outlets are sourced from local producers here on the Darling Downs where so many farmers have generations of family experience in animal husbandry and in raising prime beef, lambs and pigs.

Carey's premium smallgoods are manufactured and distributed thoughout our five retail outlets. These smallgoods, such as cheerios, franks, saveloys, kabana, hams, bacon and a large variety of cooked cold meats are available to all our customers. These products are listed on our Products page.
